Credit Weight: 0.25 Description: Focuses on outdoor education that can be practiced in schoolyards and adjacent communities. Various approaches to outdoor education, current theories and practices, and constraints on and possibilities for implementation of outdoor education across the curriculum in Ontario schools will be examined. The first half of each class will be spent outside, learning experientially; the second half will be devoted to debriefing and discussion. Offering: 2-0; or 2-0 Notes: Students who have previous credit in Education 3458 may not take Education 3258 for credit.
