Credit Weight: 1.0 Prerequisite(s): Nursing 3170 Corequisite(s): Nursing 3170 Description: The student will develop knowledge and understanding of the nursing process during changing health states. The role of the nurse will be discussed as it relates to individuals across the lifespan with physiological or psychological disturbances in health. Emphasis is on strategies that cure or rehabilitate clients within the health care systems and community as clients move toward self-management of their health. Offering: 4 hours per week in the fall term and 4 hours per week for the first 6 weeks of the winter term
