Credit Weight: 0.5 Description: Designed to fulfil the needs of health practitioners, volunteers and consumers regarding the practice of case management in diverse settings with clients across the life span. Contemporary issues and research affecting the delivery for services to clients will be discussed. The potential for rehabilitation in the least restrictive environment and enhancement of quality of life will be emphasized as will the needs of persons in remote and isolated northern communities.
