Credit Weight: 1.0 Description: In this six-week clinical experience students will continue to develop their skills in nursing individuals, families, communities and populations. Students will have the opportunity to synthesize and integrate theories and concepts of nursing, public and community health, the humanities, as well as the arts and sciences into their clinical practice. They will have an opportunity to practice community health nursing in a variety of selected placements in the community. Experiential teaching/learning strategies will be used to support the students’ learning. Expenses are borne by students.
