Credit Weight: 0.5 Prerequisite(s): 4th year standing in Visual Arts or permission of the Department Description: The purpose of this course is to provide the student with work experience in an art-related setting. This may involve work in the area of commercial or applied art or other media-based industries, volunteer or paid labour in an art gallery setting, assisting in the teaching of art classes, tutoring in art, or other appropriate work experiences. Work experiences are recorded in a journal. Students have the option of producing a significant paper of sufficient length on a relevant topic. Specific assignments will be arranged for each student.
