Credit Weight: 0.5 Prerequisite(s): A mark of at least 60% in Business 2038 Description: This course has been designed to develop a comprehensive understanding of human behaviour under the constraints imposed by modern organizations. Based on an understanding of individual and interpersonal behaviour gained from prerequisite courses, course participants gain further insight into managerial behaviour in an organizational context. Particular emphasis is placed on the managerial perspective and the importance of understanding organizational behaviour in order to achieve organizational effectiveness.
