Credit Weight: 0.5 Prerequisite(s): A mark of at least 60% in Business 2038 Description: This course has been designed to provide students with a comprehensive overview of the many problems organizations face in coping with a dynamic environment. The overall aim of the course is to develop in students an understanding of change processes and the behavioral implications these have for today’s managers. Finally, the course is intended to familiarize students with various principles and techniques used by organizations for the purposes of adaptation, survival and growth.
